What happens when you reach out
The unknown after the click is usually the scariest part. So here it is, exactly.
One private call
A specialist — a real person, not a call center — reaches out, typically within one business day, from a discreet number. If you miss it, we leave a neutral voicemail with a first name only.
A short, honest conversation
We'll ask what's going on, what you're hoping for, and what your schedule looks like. You can ask us anything. No scripts, no pressure, no commitment.
Nothing without your say-so
Nothing is scheduled, charged, or shared unless you decide to move forward. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you that too — and point you somewhere good.
Privacy, plainly
For many of our clients — physicians, executives, licensed professionals — this is the question underneath every other question. Plain answers:
No insurance paper trail
As a private-pay program, nothing is billed to insurance unless you choose to submit a superbill yourself — so there is no claim, diagnosis code, or record in your insurer's file unless you create one.
Your employer is never contacted
We do not notify employers, licensing boards, or anyone else. Participation is between you and us, protected under HIPAA, released only with your written consent or where the law strictly requires.
Discreet in the small details
Charges appear on statements under a neutral business name ([confirm exact statement descriptor]), appointment reminders are unbranded, and virtual groups use first names only.
