Transformation 90
A structured, intensive 90-day program designed to fit into demanding schedules while still delivering meaningful, measurable, internal change — with DBT as the cornerstone and CBT alongside it. One program, offered in two tracks: one for you, and one for the people who love you.
The Individual Track
For adults navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health — whether this is your first time seeking help, or you're returning after a slip. A relapse is not a failure here; it's information, and it's exactly what this program is built to work with.

We treat the root cause, not just the symptoms

Treats the root cause
Healthier ways to manage the overwhelming emotions, trauma, anxiety, or depression that drive substance use.
Builds emotion regulation
Identify emotions accurately, understand triggers, and respond thoughtfully rather than react impulsively.
Reduces relapse risk
Recognize triggers early, tolerate cravings without using, and build recovery-focused daily routines.
Strengthens relationships
Boundaries, honest communication, and conflict resolution — while reducing codependent patterns.
Improves distress tolerance
Get through emotional pain, cravings, and stress without making the moment worse.
Works for co-occurring needs
Strong research support for substance use paired with depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, and emotion dysregulation.
