Transformation 90

A structured, intensive 90-day program designed to fit into demanding schedules while still delivering meaningful, measurable, internal change — with DBT as the cornerstone and CBT alongside it. One program, offered in two tracks: one for you, and one for the people who love you.

Track one · The Individual Track

High-functioning doesn't mean stress-free. Leadership doesn't mean invulnerable.

Transformation 90 is a co-occurring mental health and wellness program built for people who operate at a high level — executives, entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals, and anyone who carries significant responsibility.

We specialize in treating complex mental health and substance use disorders for those who value exceptional care and discretion. Your privacy and dignity remain our highest priority — from the first click to the last session.

We offer

  • Flexible scheduling — morning & evening options
  • High impact, low time commitment
  • Confidential, self-paced, and empowering
  • Designed for high-functioning individuals
  • DBT & CBT skills taught when it works for your schedule
Why DBT is our cornerstone

We treat the root cause, not just the symptoms

Rather than focusing solely on stopping substance use, DBT builds the skills for a meaningful, stable, and fulfilling life.

01

Treats the root cause

Healthier ways to manage the overwhelming emotions, trauma, anxiety, or depression that drive substance use.

02

Builds emotion regulation

Identify emotions accurately, understand triggers, and respond thoughtfully rather than react impulsively.

03

Reduces relapse risk

Recognize triggers early, tolerate cravings without using, and build recovery-focused daily routines.

04

Strengthens relationships

Boundaries, honest communication, and conflict resolution — while reducing codependent patterns.

05

Improves distress tolerance

Get through emotional pain, cravings, and stress without making the moment worse.

06

Works for co-occurring needs

Strong research support for substance use paired with depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, and emotion dysregulation.

Track two · Transformation 90 for Families

Your own 90 days — because you're carrying this too

Substance use and mental illness never affect just one person. The family track is a structured 90-day program of your own, built on CRAFT (Community Reinforcement and Family Training) — the evidence-based approach that helps families encourage change without ultimatums, while healing themselves.

What the family track includes

  • Weekly CRAFT-based family skills group — communication, boundaries, and positive reinforcement that encourages recovery
  • Two monthly private family sessions with your specialist
  • Education on substance use, co-occurring conditions, relapse, and the recovery process — replacing fear and blame with understanding
  • Your own coping and self-care plan — your wellbeing matters, whether or not your loved one is in treatment yet
  • Coordination with the individual track when your loved one enrolls, so both journeys reinforce each other
  • Priority access to the Family Intensive Workshop weekend

Who it's for

  • Spouses and partners of someone struggling
  • Parents and adult children
  • Families whose loved one isn't ready for help yet — CRAFT is designed for exactly this
  • Families supporting someone currently in the individual track

Family track investment

$2,500 for a family (up to 3 members)
$1,000 if your loved one is already enrolled in the individual track

Begin the same way: the free assessment has a path for family members too.

Your investment — individual track

$1,500 — the complete 90 days

Up to 60 therapeutic groups, six private sessions, relapse prevention, and a supportive community — for less than $17 a day. Choosing nothing costs more: ER visits, lost work, damaged relationships, residential treatment at twenty times the price. This isn't an expense. It's an investment.
